Q: What is the difference between your kitchenware and another companies?
A: The difference is that we prioritize customer satisfaction and convenience, with the kitchenware we offer we are sure to have you satisfied with your upcoming days! We have automatic kitchenware that is specifically designed to help ease your life and make cooking easier and more enjoyable. Lets use the automatic seasoning grinder as an example, when cooking normally, you will have to use both hands to grind your salt and pepper that are most likely in the grinders, you might also have a struggle because the salt or pepper gets stuck and once it gets unstuck a whole bunch of seasoning you never asked for comes out. This solves that problem completely, with one handed convenience and you don't have to worry about stuck seasoning since it resolves it for you!
Q: Are they rechargeable or do you need a plug socket?
A: We have some products that are rechargeable and some products that use a plug socket! The automatic dough and food mixer uses a plug socket whereas the stirring rod v2 uses a usb cable!
Q: Are they easy to store?
A: Yes just like any other kitchenware, we make sure that these are all easily storable and do not take up a crazy amount of space in your kitchen! The automatic stirring mugs are just about the same size as a regular mug and all the other automatic kitchenware is the size you would expect it to be!
Q: Are they easy to wash after use?
A: Yes all of the products are just as simple to wash as products that are not automatic! The only difference is depending the product you should be careful not to get the part with the batteries/usb wet, keep them covered and try to keep that area as dry as possible!
Q: Are the products hard to use?
A: As much as a product having automatic in its name may make it sound like its harder to use, our products are very simple and straightforward! We are extremely happy to be able to offer you convenient products that are simple to use! Most if not all products come with an instruction manual as well to clear up any confusion one may have!
Self stirring Mug
Q: Why should I get the self stirring mug instead of a regular mug?
A: Because no regular mug is able to bring you the convenience and simplicity the self stirring mug is able to. It has an automatic stirring compartment right at the bottom of it meaning that no regular mug can stir your drink for you. The self stirring mugs are all built for satisfaction and comfort, they are made to help ease your day and lighten the load off your shoulders!
Q: How do I clean the self stirring mug?
A: It is just like cleaning a regular mug. Just make sure to take out the batteries before cleaning the mug and have the battery holder sealed. Try your best to keep the bottom as dry as possible, the only way it would break is if you leave it directly under running water for a period of time.
Q: How does it work?
A: There is a plastic or magnetic stirrer at the bottom of the mug which by the press of a button activates and automatically stirs your drink.
Q: Is the process long to set up?
A: No, all you need is 2 AAA batteries or a USB cable depending what it needs to charge, then take the bottom off then put the batteries or usb cable wherever they need to go in and your good to go.

A: Absolutely! The mugs are designed so the automatic stirring mechanism fits inside a mug just about the size of one without the mechanism inside of it. It is very portable and it will feel just like carrying a bland mug.

Q: How do the automatic bottles work?
A: There is an automatic stirring mechanism built into the bottle, the bottle will most likely have a built in stirrer in the bottom but some may need a magnetic stir bar, there will be a button you press that turns on the automatic stirring mechanism, the bottle will either need batteries or a usb cable. The bottle works about the same as the self stirring mugs, the only difference is that one is a bottle and one is a mug.
Q: Will the bottles be portable?
A: Absolutely! The bottles are designed so the automatic stirring mechanism fits inside a bottle just about the size of one without the mechanism inside of it. It is very portable and it will feel just like carrying a bland water bottle.
Q: What varieties are there?
A: We have bottles ranging from water bottles, protein bottles, coffee bottles, and cooking bottles. Some are built for carrying drinks, some are built for workouts, and some are built for the kitchen! These bottles all come with their own features for their purposes!
Q: What does it need to function?
A: Depending on the model you get, the bottle will either need batteries or a usb cable in order to work. Some product come with these while others require the items to be bought separately.

Q: How do I access the rewards program?
A: Click the present icon on the right side of your screen and the menu will pop up.
Q: How does it work?
A: You earn cashback based on what the tasks are, there are tasks you can do that will give you a total of $6.50 free cashback! If you place an order, you will receive 10% cashback, so if you place an $80 order, you will receive $8 cashback from that order, if it is your first order, you get 15% cashback on top of the 10% which totals to 25% cashback, so if you place a $200 order, you will receive $50 cashback on your first order which automatically brings you to the Star Member role and grants you exclusive discounts and perks! With the cashback you received, you are able to create coupons by adding the amount of credit you want to turn into money, and the system will generate a discount code specifically for you! If a coupon is unused for a select period of time, the coupon will automatically be erased. There is also VIP tiers which give their own set of rewards!
Q: What do the VIP Tiers do?
A: The Basic tier does nothing, it is the base tier for receiving cashback. The Member tier will give you free shipping on all of your orders, the free shipping includes express shipping! The Star Member tier gives you free shipping plus 10% off on every single order placed once reaching Star Member, your orders will also be priority orders so your orders will get processed first, this is especially convenient during high traffic dates such as holidays!
Q: Do I have to pay for the program?
A: Nope! All you have to do is create an account through the loyalty program page! There will be a box that says sign in or sign up when clicking the gift icon. Once you sign up you are automatically set for cashback rewards!
Q: Does it give me discounts?
A: Yes our rewards program gives discounts! With the cashback you earn, it turns into the rewards program credits, with those credits, you select the amount you want to turn into a discount code, and then click generate and you will have a discount code generated just for you with however much you wanted to use! Do not share your code with others. If a coupon code is unused for a certain period of time, the system will automatically delete it. This period spans from around 30 days, so it will not be deleted in the same day!
Q: How do the coupons work?
A: Once you receive your cashback from your order or task, place your cashback credit into section to the left of the generate button, once you enter your amount, click generate and you will be given a coupon of however much you set! To activate it, click it until it says "Copied!"

Q: How long does the shipping usually take?
A: It will take around 1-20 business days depending on the shipping method, if it takes any longer we will give you a discount on your next order! Standard shipping takes around 11-20 business days and express shipping takes around 1-10 business days!
