Here at StirDat our goal is to make sure you are getting your items as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find details about our shipping process, timeframes, and policies.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. This varies by order size
During high-demand periods, such as holidays, order processing may take up to 5-7 business days to be fulfilled.
We do our best to reach out to customers when events like this occur! If our email is not showing up, check your spam and promotions folders.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number information as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping:

China And Taiwan Specific Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, all shipping is the same price thanks to our handlers! For orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping

China and Taiwan have a separate carrier due to the facility being located in China

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method or circumstances.


Once your package leaves the warehouse, it will be transported to your country via airplane, land at the nearest airport to your location, and it will then be given to the hands of the national mail carrier, we are not responsible for carrier delays or any extra fees you may have to pay after ordering.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us at stirdat@gmail.com ASAP. Include your order number and photos of the damage for confirmation.


For lost packages, please allow 7 business days from the estimated delivery date before reaching out as sometimes it can be delayed, the shipping time is the average days it takes for packages to get delivered. If your package is missing or damaged we will contact the carrier responsible for the handling of the package.


Order Changes Cancellations

We do our best to keep orders flowing smoothly, so please contact us at stirdat@gmail.com immediately if you need to update or cancel your order.
The moment your order is shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.


Return to Sender or Incorrect Address

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to confirm your details. Reshipping fees may apply. If you want to just cancel the order an get a refund. A refund will be issued to you.

Extras

We are not responsible for any extra fees that may apply when picking up the package.

We see just about the same tracking information as you. The most we can answer is more specific locations as to where your package is. We cannot answer more than we can see.
If the package gets lost you will be issued a refund.

We can see if your package gets delivered by the status. If your package is missing and it shows your package status as delivered, we will issue a refund.
